Our meeting notes:

Currently, the project is not started at the school, so when we begin to work, the project begins. We currently have access to the printers and the equipment that we will work on them. We talked about the CUPS, and we will all read over the documentation of the CUPS thoroughly before getting to work. All of the below initial plan was gathered in todays meeting.

Initial plan:

Our current plan is to use the Common Unix Printing System, which entails turning a computer (or virtual machine such as the case might be) into a print server. It's pretty straightforward. The CUPS will log the student's printing habits into an SQL Database. It's free software, so there's no cost involved. Trenton will contact staff at MVNU to see what they have to say about their experiences with it.
