  1. Select an appropriate protocol CoAP, MQTT, etc.
    • May involve prototyping
  2. Create device interface for ELS server
    • Interface between protocol and content server
  3. Build demo application that senses, controls, and responds.
  4. Determine limits of chosen protocol (bandwidth, response time, jitter)

  2. Control and monitoring of Arduino boards
  3. Control and monitoring of Linux based embedded devices (Rasberry Pie, Beagle Bone, Ubiquiti, etc)
  4. Use ELS platform for server
