Final Presentation Guidelines

Time: Wednesday (May 16) at 3:20 – 5:30.

25 minutes per project, allowing 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for questions.


  1. Overview of the project’s purpose.
  2. A high level view of the system requirements, summarizing the highest priority requirements.
  3. Application/system architecture (one diagram showing the major components is sufficient).
  4. Demonstration of the application/system.
  5. Describe the most significant problems encountered, and how they were solved or addressed.
  6. A reflection on lessons learned and/or expected future use of the project.

Final Submission (by Thursday, May 17 at 4:30 pm)

Attach these items to your page on this course wiki, unless you have something that cannot be easily saved in a portable digital format.

  1. Source code (put your program files and resources/data files/images into single zip file).
  2. Requirements Specification (updated on wiki),
  3. Test Documentation,
  4. User Documentation: For mobile/web applications, think of this as a “Quick Start” guide, which just needs to clearly indicate what a user needs to do to start using the program, and where they should navigate to set it up as intended.
  5. Presentation document (a PowerPoint document, or any other visual aids that you included in your presentation).
