This looks good. I'll see if I can come up with an Android for you. There are some risks (such as the sync) that I think call for quick prototyping.

The project will be an application for the android operating system that will be like a virtual golf scorecard. The application will allow the golfer to mark down his scores for a given hole and more.

It will contain a database of golf courses and the different lengths for each hole as well has the HCP rating for the hole. The app will allow the user to mark how many putts they had in that round as well as whether or not they hit the fairway and green in regulation. Also it will compute the GHIN for the player based on the slope and course rating of the course played.

-I have never programmed on the android operating system

-I do not have an android device to test this on

-I am unsure of how to create my own database

I have programmed in c++ for 3 years, I spent a summer and am currently still working with a database system, and I have taken software development.
